Yes, £100 is low - at the time I advertised, I thought I had to be competitive. I now know differently :rolleyes:, although there's a limited amount of damage he could realistically do to one unfurnished room...

Yes, as somebody said £100 is a LOW deposit.
Everybody expects to pay one month's rent as a deposit.
