Hi, well done. I let rooms myself and have only had to ask someone to leave once - its not a very pleasant job. However dont get too excited - he hasn't gone yet.

PS make sure you put it in writing as well.

Glad it went calmly. I have been worried for you.

I think the bet option for him is not to be mollycoddled too FWIW.

Take care, sleep well and put this all behind you.

    Hurrah.

Having said that he's still got to find one of these flats in town, get to view it, go through the referencing ... you might be holding onto him a bit longer than you think :)

Nice you got to say your bit though and not shove a note under his door then wonder if he saw it/what he was thinking.

Celebratory Summer BarBQ then when he's gone.

I think this lot can get 3-4 coaches laid on at short notice.

    Cater for about 200 MSEers.

Aww, cheers you lot! You're welcome to bring the BBQ, but I don't know whether you'll all fit on my vegetable patch :rotfl:

Next step - getting him out... but that's for next week's episode.
