Its not sure that you actually get a camera. It says it depends on availability
Onetel are not as interesting as before. Their helpline is no longer free and direcrory enquiries aren't free anymore either

We tried signing up via phone but the number on Comets site puts you through to Comet CS - who then gave us Onetel's number to ring. We proceeded to sign up through Onetel and were told "just ring Comet with your account number and they'll send you the camera".....Rang Comet and was told tough you should have come direct to the store or direct to us by phone!
What a bloomin palava! Just as i was losing the will to live we decided to ring Onetel, cancel the account we'd only just created and go and do it instore instead.
Which was far easier and we got our camera straight away with just 10 mins of taking details.
Really glad we stuck with it now as the camera will make a lovely gift - it comes with a case, wrist strap, USB cable, Video out (I think) cable, & even the batteries.
Incidentally we signed up for the free onetel service which doesnt require taking line rental and gives you free weekend calls.

if you can cancel straight away doesnt matter if service is gud or not

What’s the phone no for sky?, and does it give the cancellation information in the terms and conditions when you sign up? inc the extra 8 days?

I'm relying on this while I ask my stupid question:-
I have both free cameras - should I have a Memory Card to upload pix to computer? Neither box lists it as included, but instructions are given for inerting it. I ask simply because my beloved Sony(now sick with lens problem)was given to me all ready to go and I don't know what might be necessary. I fear tinkering without guidance.

I made it in time!! Got my Sky cam much better than the Onetel.(Cancelled Onetel with no probs) Now, more feedback please on : do I ring Sky to say I've changed my mind,or, not phone them at all? My Comet store didn't contact Sky - I just filled in the form.

IMHO, I dont think the free camera is anything particularly special...but then what do you expect for free?
