Comet actually somehow contacted SKy while I was there and booked the installation date. (I said I was going on holiday for a month though just to give me breathing space)
Gonna call Sky today to cancel.
One bonus feature of the Sky camera is that it seems to have USB2, which means faster photo transfers if you have a newish computer. :T0 -
Am going to comet on Wed. so the info ilikepoints gives helps.
Will now go 'prepared' with an 'excuse' for not booking Sky installation there and then.

You may have to book the installation "there and then" - i had to but told them to install it in over a month's time, thus giving me plenty of time to cancel.0

Well i went yesterday,
And i said was going on holiday today and with business i would need to check out my diary etc,
and the lad gave me the install number and said call whenever.
