Gordon Brown should be pleased with us today - we had leftovers for lunch and so did not waste any food (see today's Times - not that I bought it, I get it online every day - so another non-spend!)

Today I have spent 2.59. So failed for a NSD. I am also going to treat myself to a Terry Pratchett book that I discovered I don't have so another 3.75 to spend.
However I will/have:
Done my piggy clicks
Check my internet banking
Entered some comps
Earnt 20p on one poll

What a great thread! Hubby and I just become MFW.
Today:- Both hubby and I packed lunch(~£5 saved on snack wagons)
- Hubby took own coffee in for drinks (~£1 saved on vending machine)
- I got a lift to and from work from hubby who goes past the door. it meant a 6:15am start but I finished early (£13.80 saved on public transport)
- Shopped in Lidl for meat and cold stuff (£5 saved over tesco)
- Shopped on the way home instead of special trip (£3 in petrol)
- Hubby did 2.5 hrs overtime (£~20 after tax)
Tomorrow we're going for a NSD"carpe that diem"0 -

I only went out to bank an eBay cheque. Have figured out that if I stay in the house I won't spend. Not doing my figure much good though!

:rotfl: I did delibrately buy it from a normal seller rather than a business but it was The Night Watch.
I listed 2 items on Ebay yesterday and they have bids totalling 17.50 already:eek:
I also listed some stuff for my family and my brother is going to use the money towards a deposit for a house when he moves to the USA.
I had a NSD and even had dinner at my mums. My family brought me back some lovely pressies including a North Face fleece :j which is something I have wanted for ages.

Today I am having my carpets & suite cleaned £250 but it does save replacing the carpets and the suite will last longer now.
Working from home so making my own lunch but cooking dinner for friend so may have to go to the shops for pudding. Alternatively I could look in cupboard to see if I can make one.
