Im sorry to say but you want 'what you are owed'?!
The word Golddigger springs to mind.
You said that you haven't seen your dad for over 2 years but as soon as you heard he had died you were straight round the house demanding his stuff.
You are also quite bitter that your sister has been given a ring which you assumed would be going to you as you are the oldest - I assume that your sister has seen your dad over the last few years which is why she was given the ring.
If you cared about your dad you would be comforting his girlfriend and trying to help out as much as you can rather than telling her 'to get her crap out' and demanding she give you your dads stuff (which I can only presume you will sell)
I am sorry for your loss but I have more sympathy with your dads girlfriend who is not only having to deal with her boyfriend dying but now also has his chav kid on her doorstep giving her a mouthful.0 -

ForDad, really I'm sorry you think you have been hard done to in the matter of this will.
Fact remains, if your father's partner bought the house with him then it is now her house, End of.
If there is no money left in the estate, then you can't have any. End of.
Now, why don't you just get on with your own life instead of harrassing this poor woman who has just lost the person she loved?(AKA HRH_MUngo)

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton0
