  • Anyone notice how the OP's posts have become a lot more legible? It's apparent that even though they are more legible, it's not the work of a spellchecker (no capitalisation, etc). The last post by the OP is just completely OTT. I'm now convinced 100% that this is a wind-up.

I've changed my mind. This isn't Jeremy Kyle, it's JK done by Dead Ringers:

JK: Welcome to the JK show. I'm JK and this is my show! We've got Tracey on MY SHOW. Tracey hates her stepmum and thinks she's an evil witch!
T: Erm, no, I luv er, she's like me mum ...
JK: Shut up! You can't stand her! She stole your dad!
    T: No, they met ...
JK: You hate her! She wouldn't let you get stoned when you were 13! Or drunk! It would all be great if they'd never met! Here's Tracey's stepmum Janice on the show!
(Janice enters to chorus of booing, looking bewildered) Hello Tracey love ...
(Tracey jumps up and knocks her to the floor, kicking and shouting)
JK: I'm JK, this is MY SHOW, and you're all SCUM!
    (Fade to credits)

You have been told there is no money he had debts, If you want money go and work for it and stop trying to scrounge. In my opinion you are a moronic little gold digger who is too ugly to get herself a sugar daddy and too stupid to use contraception.

Oh wow. It would seem some forum members can't wait to get their claws out. I think this is all a bit unecessary - why not do the sensible thing and ignore the troll.

Thanks to others for interpreting the OP's last post. I must confess that I found it completely incomprehensible. It's like reading a foreign language.

The OP confesses to giving birth to an illegitimate son aged 15 and 'asked my dad to take him not her'. Who? The son not the fiancee? Is that what we're meant to understand? Why should he? Having had an under-age child your father is under no obligation to 'take him not her'. Well, I admit that I am eternally grateful to my grandparents for supporting and accepting my mother and myself, to the extent that, although desperately poor, I grew up in a loving family. That said, I have always known that they did not have to do any such thing. The alternatives are too awful to contemplate, and I am eternally grateful to those grandparents, but there were less-merciful alternatives, which happened in some families.

Edinburghlass, when I wrote that the ex-wife is nobody, of course I know that they had children together and those children still exist. However, I have understood that the purpose of a divorce is to return the parties to the state of affairs that existed before they ever 'tied the knot' i.e. they are two single people.

I realise I live in a different world, but what is the etiquette nowadays as to who follows the coffin to the grave? Does the divorced ex-wife take precedence over the fiancee - the past rather than the present? What actually is accepted decent behaviour?

To recap, the house which the deceased father bought jointly with his fiancee is hers 100%, so although the OP writes 'we don't think she should have the house' - too bad, she has it, nothing you can do about it. He died with debts, so money for legacies. Too bad. Perhaps your husband - I see you have a daughter as well as a son - can help.

I do not think we can assume the OP has a husband.
