Scammed on ebay

He/she'll have thought they hit the jackpot with this scam, getting hundreds on a 99p start auction, at least you can take a little solice in the fact that there were other bidders who though that they would be getting the actual tickets as well.
I wonder if he/she'll be greedy enough to list the same again?0 -

Also - can't you return the A4 sheet for a refund? If you return it SD and they sign for it - could you then not put in a paypal claim with the tracking number showing a return??? The seller may not be expecting anything from you and so would probably sign for it??? Might be worth a try.
Only one paypal claim is allowed and that was done a while ago, so this has to now go to law as the only way of getting anything back.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. Whilst this does not fit the description of the auction we are discussing, I just wondered if the method of operation and user name rang any bells with the OP?
I have reported it to ebay and might risk a throwaway account on letting the buyer know my concerns.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I had a look at that listing and at the seller. I'm very confused by his feeback and ratings.
Lifetime summary: Positives: 0 Negatives: 0 | positive feedback: 93.8%
The last feedback he received was on 10th November 2007.
But, when you look at his detailed seller ratings, "since March 2007", 15 ratings have been left. He has no current items for sale and only the one ticket listing is shown in completed items. How does that work?I am the leading lady in the movie of my life
