I dont mean to blame this on you but , if you had read the whole listing then you would not be in this mess. But its happend, and its damm right wrong! Call the police and tell them the situation and dont give up without a fight. Good luck and keep us updated xxx0

But what about the bit that says 'If an event is officially cancelled we’ll contact you via the contact details you gave us when you booked your tickets'
This is stating that you have booked tickets!?!0 -

So apart from the picture which you recieved did you recieve a letter or package from the seller?
I am very shocked that ebay are not helping you with this scandal. I think their customer support system is poor and the only form of contact is e-mail.
Yeah they sent me an A4 sheet with some websites on it, really usefull! Think I will contact the police tomorrow.0 -
Did you get them on buy it now or were you bidding on them?0

This bit alone suggests that it is tickets you are buying.
I personally think that if you took it to SCC then it would find in your favour. This seller has tired to decieve the buyer but wording the whole advert as though it is tickets that are for sale. He/she also deliberatly makes the last comment about the link smaller than the rest of the advert in the hope that it will be missed out.

If you are planning the small claims route (which I would do).....don't forget to keep a copy of the original listing as it won't remain on ebay forever. You will need it as evidence.
Also - can't you return the A4 sheet for a refund? If you return it SD and they sign for it - could you then not put in a paypal claim with the tracking number showing a return??? The seller may not be expecting anything from you and so would probably sign for it??? Might be worth a try.:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -
The small print is very small but seller should not get away with it even though buyer failed to read it properlyGE 36 *MFD may 2043
