I only mentioned it as it was the similair scam to what the OP's had pulled on them and reading the thread reminded me of it.

Infact the Judge and Cases are real on said TV Show but whether it has any relevance to UK law, I don't know.

Is your Bank Account Card with an Electron Card? As I heard your can Cancel payments with this type of card (but within a set time say 24hrs/48hrs or 72hrs) hence why some companies don't like using Electron.

It was a switch but it was quite a while ago that I paid anyway.

No, no longer on ebay. They had no negative feedback so im not sure they pulled the same scam on anyone else, at least not on the same account.

No one has mentioned this but it does state in the small print

"links where tickets can be purchased from which will be the only thing sent out".

So apart from the picture which you recieved did you recieve a letter or package from the seller?

I am very shocked that ebay are not helping you with this scandal. I think their customer support system is poor and the only form of contact is e-mail.
