    Do you know the name of the variety Dustykitten?

    That funny title under the picture is the variety as stated on the packet - I got them from the organic gardening catalogue

    Would anyone like to advise on blueberry varieties suitable for growing in a pot? Ideally, it needs to be self-fertile (as I may not have room for more than one), a good cropper (natch!) and not too tall.

    I think some varieties need more room than others, so a compact one would obviously be best in a confined space, but the seed websites I've looked at talk about the fruit flavour, when it fruits etc but don't say if each one is self fertile - I gather some are & some aren't - or what it's growing habit is. All this makes it hard to make a choice.:confused:

    Nothing like a recommendation from someone with personal experience, I always think!

    Darned Wind :mad: ! Got home from work to find all my sweetcorn at a 45 degree angle - have propped them back up with canes but not holding out much hope. Anyone got any ideas whether they will survive ???? :confused:
