Do you know the name of the variety Dustykitten?
I'd love to grow this as it would compliment my purple french beans perfectly“You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time, but you can never please all of the people all of the time.”0 -

That funny title under the picture is the variety as stated on the packet - I got them from the organic gardening catalogueThe birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0 -

Would anyone like to advise on blueberry varieties suitable for growing in a pot? Ideally, it needs to be self-fertile (as I may not have room for more than one), a good cropper (natch!) and not too tall.
I think some varieties need more room than others, so a compact one would obviously be best in a confined space, but the seed websites I've looked at talk about the fruit flavour, when it fruits etc but don't say if each one is self fertile - I gather some are & some aren't - or what it's growing habit is. All this makes it hard to make a choice.
Nothing like a recommendation from someone with personal experience, I always think!0 -
