Paypal make money on the transactions that is why they will not do anything unless it appears on 'Watchdog' or something like that. Businesses are there to make money and the only time they 'care' about reputation is if it threatens to lose them money. If you want to complain go to trading standards citing the trade descriptions act 1968 and then all the misleading blurb from the firms google ads and indeed its own website.

I Did It Today And All I Got Was An Email Telling Me The Different Ways Of Unlocking, Which Are Available On This Very Website.
I Am Very Angry Even Though It Is A Small Amount, It Is The Prinicpal, Do Not Use These People, I Have Requested A Refund But Am Not Holding My Breath!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
