Any more news on Cattles? had a read thorough the Ft and they haven't updated (or can't) anything else since the 1st April.

The wf office in Exeter is about to close (apparently) The Truro office is manned by 3 now the area manager, the office manager and the telephonist. Closed quite a bit, maybe they don't like people calling on them giving them a hard time????????????????????:rolleyes::rotfl:

Well gina sol i was on phone this morning to the legal dept nottingham,i rang switchboard number so i dont have to get ripped on 0845 number.
Asked to speak to the bafoon dealing with my case,who was not available put me on to someone else to and fro to switchboard againg,THEN directors office of cattles,switchboard ect ect this went on for 1 hour 39 mins!!!lol
THE EDUCATIONALY SUB NORMAL PEASENTS then hung up!!!lol
i then contacted my local branch in trowbridge wilts who then informed me quote "legal section dont take calls anymore as they are OVERWHELMED!!

You had a good day then??????????:eek: (oops sorry!) I have given up with them, not going to waste time & effort any more. I am just going to sit back & wait, I don't really know what i expect to happen.
No good me ringing the wf lot down here thev'e all been made redundant!:T
Rang the reporter today & gave him my tale of woe.
He seems to have collected quite a bit of info on wf, nothing that would give them a gold star.

Lol I'm not surprised, WF are incompentent from the top all the way to the bottom!

Like Gina, I'm not wasting my time anymore with them, it's in the hands of the FOS and WF will just need to wait.

Yep gina that reporter sounds really switched on as regards welscum-he has defo done his homework.
But hey its a great story for the press this one as it involves so many people!!

well sent my letter today so fingers crossed sent to them a 3 page complaints letter and asked them to reply to my form I sent or even maybe have the courtesy of a reply.

Also said to stop harrassing me at work and home by telephone or I would be seeking legal advice!

So its' now a waiting game......
