i do conferance calls for work on a 0845 number only 1p a min after 6pm-weekends.
im starting one for this welcome scandal so we can all put our heads together,if anyones interested?
im approaching welcome/cattles to see if i can get anyone on to represent there end.
BUT WE MUST KEEP IT tactfull,no swearing ect (hard though it may be for us all)
if anyones interested just tell me on here and i will set it up.:j

Sounds good, I'm interested, but like you say be diplomatic!
Are you saying each person put their caes forward or, the way numerous 'clients' have been treated needs to be adressed?

yes just be diplomatic, as its an open call i dont want the welcome leeches earwiging(old cb radio term)and trying to sue for slanderous comments,BUT put your cases forward.
ive just got off the phone to the bloomberg guy kevin hes up for coming on as well.
i cant get the 1p conferance call any more cheapest i can get is 4.9p per min on 0844 number.

SAee what you mean, but most people coulod tell the truth and still wf would say they lying.

I have had the miss-pleasure of speaking to welcome legal dept informing them that im doing a conferance call for disgruntled customers.

Ive welcomed (excuse the punt) a rep from them to the call, which will take place as a matter of urgency thurs evening 6pm.

The number for those that do not have it via my e mail is 0844-8484840 then followed by pin number 027272 this is 4.9p per min (checked with bt yesterday)

We have our own wags!!
WELCOME ACTION GROUP

The attitude once again from legal section was very negative basically laughing us off.

Its time to put an end to this shower together we can do this if we stand tall!!

Good luck with the conference call! I can't do it as I've only got a mobile at uni, so I'd be charged double if not more. Keep us posted on it though.

That was quick, I won't be able to join you Thursday evening as I am in hospital have surgery to my arm and probably won't surfaced (hopefully I will) from bed until Friday morning. Really sorry.
Be home Saturday, so will check the forum then.
