Can anyone tell me if wf has taken money from anyone' account this month pls?
A few people have mentioned to me that their direct debit payment hasn'tbeen taken.

What a phone call i had from the legal dept at nottingham.
basically ive had a faulty vehicle for ages,had several reports done blah blah blah ect ect.
anyway the oft on my behalf AND trading standards got on there backs,well if you had heard the abuse i got from this SO CALLED lady i think even a vicar would be shocked:rotfl::rotfl:

Trying to accuse me of ripping off welcome finance!!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:

My retort was "now the shoes on the other foot with that sort of accusation":mad:

hi, my darned mistake otherwise known as a unwelcome loan.....there doesnt seem to be any issues with the watford branch they were readily taking my payment

Am I right in thinking they don't like going to court? When I mentioned to Big foot (re the heathen who kicked my gate) he stuttered when I said he would have to take me to court over non payment.:o

Good for you! Keep on their backs.

Welcome staff seem to think all their customers are liars and are simply trying to rip them off, so they're less than sympathetic.

Not yet Gina, in fact I just got a letter over the weekend from the Legal dept. advising me again the points he made (as if I'm stupid), I emailed him today to re-iterate the points I'd made as though he was stupid lol.

They like to think they're bigger than their customers, well not with me, and not with the rest on here it seems lol :beer:

Your right about court gina,after the conversation from the "screetching banchee"welcome legal dept lady on mon,i wrote a letter giving them 7 days to sort it or i will make a court date (cant afford to pay my brief anymore so doing it myself)
TROUBLE IS IT TAKES AT LEAST 5 MONTHS TO GET A COURT DATE ROOUND HERE!!
theyll be bust by then!!:eek::eek:
