Thankyou for chart duty efrieze - I'll be stopping WW after 9 June(can't afford)but will still be weighing accurately and officially at Gymn/swim rehab.
Will you accept these please? - I hope so, as I need to keep going on this.

Of course - we accept any weigh-in figures, either official from a class or official from your bathroom scales!

    Congrats PinkLipgloss on SOTW :D

Notice the maintainers have a net total of exactly 0.00lb this week too!

Mark nice to see you taking the gain in your stride there, will you post that pic up as your 'before' photo when you've reached target?!

Oh Tagz :( What a horrible thing to happen. Hope it all gets sorted nice and quickly and their insurance covers it. Let us know how you get on.

Pennypinchingpenguin, your plan of calorie control plus exercise sounds good to me and I'm sure this will pay off for you. I personally waited until I felt slimmer before starting on the weights (and other toning exercises), this is because I wanted to be able to see which bits needed honing and toning and target just those areas :) Others have a different approach I know.

Victory - might make you feel better to know my latest round of ebay listings are failing miserably! ;)

Petrichor, hugs about Rafa... and good luck with Gonzo! Does anyone else think of the muppets when they hear that name? Anyway I'm following [strike]Sidney Crosby[/strike] the ice hockey right now :p

Today I'm off on my bike in seach of those elusive shorts, crop trousers and vest tops. Not coming back until I have at least one of those things!

Thanks all. I couldn't take it in at first. Luckily my sis was with me! The dozy mare who's car bashed into mine does the same aquafit lesson as me. Told my sis she might have to stop me drowning her next week! It really shook me up as the damaged area is in exactly the same place as it was in a very nasty accident I had a few years ago. However that time I was parked on the road waiting for my sons to come out of school and a very large HGV swerved to avoid another car and crashed into mine instead. The car was a write off, I had severe whiplash and suffered PTS syndrome (couldn't drive for about a year). So yesterday brought back a few memories but I was so thankful no one was hurt. Kept thinking what if a child had been in the path of her clapped out defective banger! She has already admitted liability and the insurance companies seem to be dealing with things fine so far. Fingers crossed!
    I would if I could but I can't so I won't!
