......trollop! What happened to fidelity? Rafa will be distraught...

:rotfl: I think you may be correct :rotfl: I've just checked the order of play and Gonzo isn't there  Perhaps it was just wishful thinking last night when I could have swore I saw his name :rotfl: but I now think it is more than likely that Rafa had the OP adjusted to punish me :rotfl:...

...Missy I believe you are right, my walking was indeed back to normal last week and I think that solved the excess (temporary) weight. I'm pleased that I didn't have to do any serious adjustment, this maintaining malarky is a fine balance :D Well done to you too :j I want to try and get rid of 1 lb this week just to bring me into the acceptable range I set...

    xxxx
I wish that I could be the oldest AND wisest....sadly it's not the latter :p but my time will come _party_ wooooh hoooh! Beware!!!!!!!

Ahem *coughs to adopt stern teacher voice* your sig would suggest your are more than within that range already... *puts big grin back on face* :rotfl:at Rafa's punishment for your deviating loyalties :D

Marion glad to hear you are o.k

It is a beautiful sunny day here and OH is at work so now car boot sale:rolleyes: I do love a root around other people's cast off:D

This weekend no boot fair either as the in laws are coming on root to dover for 4 months caravan travels, oh can I go too?:D

I had tomato and lentil soup for lunch from a can this time and it was lovely, now enjoying sugar free jelly with a little butterscotch angel delight, sugar free of course, lovely:D

Does anyone else remember butterscotch tart as part of school dinners 30 ( ) odd years ago. Absolutely divine. Never found anything as good. Rest of the meals dire of course.
Might look for some sugarfree butterscotch victory - thanks for the idea. Spicy chicken in slow cooker (whole chicken skinned & jointed + garam masala, cinnimon, tumeric, cardomon, garlic, lf yoghurt & a little curry powder, chopped onions and 2 chopped tomatoes. Fab and free on SW red. Thinking of trying mashed colliflower & carots to accompany (what to avoid pasta/pots with this meal - having them for lunch instead).
Planning this week to try switching from sains delivery of everything, to using local butcher & greengrocer & just sains for low fat yogs/chesses & tins and stuff. Need a funky 'I am not a little old lady' shpping trolley:D
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once

Well, week 2 in the quest to lose 5lb in 3 weeks... here goes:

    Calories: 1156 average per day
    Exercise: 5x gym sessions, Yoga, 1 hour bike ride, 71 x 25m swim, 5 x 2 miles walking

Taking the exercise to be between moderate and very active (I really worked hard on those workouts), the expected loss is 1.75lb. Weigh in is tomorrow.

I will be happy with anything 1.5lb or over :) Slightly worried I've mucked things up by an irregular eating pattern this weekend, so cross fingers.

I've updated my spreadsheets to automatically work out Kilograms (which I need for inputting into my gym computers), BMI and BMR :D As well as making sections for quotas on drinking water (thanks FFM), 5-a-day fruit & veg and 3-a-day wholegrains... is there anything else I should be keeping track of?

    Missyg

    Good luck with the WI.

Don't know if you have been following weezl's thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=826653

There is alot of info in there to do with different daily allowances, vitamins, minerals etc and all on a very impressive budget.
