Well done on WBA getting put up into the Premiership .Not too happy myself as your lot gave my lot a bit of a thrashing today! Not mad into football but I was born literally around the corner from their ground so I suppose I have support them.

Aw Tagz thank u, no you aren't offending by asking I was down to 8 stone but gained 5lb recently - which I want to shift quickly because I have a birthday coming up and I want to have a bit of a blowout week I would rather earn it in advance than deal with it afterwards

My target BMI is my "upper limit" and I want to stay comfortably within it so that I have some flexibililty, I'm not trying to stay exactly at that BMI, if you see what I mean.

I know I've come in at a little under the 1200 in the last 2 weeks, I always seem to eat a bit less at weekends and it doesn't quite work out but I refuse to pig out on a Sunday night (right before weigh in) just to get my average up!

After I've dealt with this gain I'm going back to maintaining, although my version of maintaining is always a bit up and down! But pls don't worry because I'm happy at the weight I am now, and I don't intend to keep losing (other than to create some room for special occasions )

Having a tough day today. Opened my emails this morning to find a message sent to me on Facebook to say how sorry they were about my Mom. She died yesterday and nobody called me to tell me untill this afternoon. Have just been crying and sleeping most of the day.
Sorry to be so dreary but I needed to share with someone and you guys have always been here for me.

Mom had been in hospital for a couple of weeks and has been very poorly for a while. I went home (Canada) last year for her 80th birthday - so glad I went.

Have a big hug Marion, it's made especially tough because of the distance, you can't just pop round. Very sad that no one thought to let you know sooner, just because you are not there does not mean you don't care.
