    Hi again

Thanks for posting Marion, sounds like your Mom's passing was very peaceful and I'm sure that must be a comfort for everyone.

I can relate to what you've said Ajax, I've no doubt that poor diet and lack of exercise were a factor in my Dad's death at far too young an age (as well as the smoking )

I must have been so immersed in my stats this morning that I forgot to post them here! I lost 1.75lb this week. Measured 64cm waist which is almost back to where it was! Body fat down 1lb, water down 0.5lb, muscle also down 0.5lb.

Been looking at the muscle mass stats and although they are down in weight over the last 2 weeks which is bad, they are up in % (as I am getting lighter) which is good! So I'm not too worried and will keep on it this week. I have another 1.5lb to lose to get to my mini target so I need to keep going at the same pace this week! :p

Have had my full 3 wholegrain servings, 2 veg servings so far, and on my 2nd glass of water so far today... I'm not going to get 5 fruit & veg in today but I should be able to do 3 and get my full quota of water so that's not too bad for a first day monitoring those things?

Suggs congrats on your STS (have you changed weigh day to Monday?) Please say you're not bothered about the running challenge, you know I wouldn't turn you down for other things!

I remember butterscotch tart BB! :D Yummy, could just do with that right now. Thanks for your interest in the numbers approach, I was spot on this week as I was last week, but those are the only two times I've got it exactly right :p Maybe I am getting the hang of it, or maybe it's because the occasional 'uncounted' broken biscuit hasn't been passing my lips lately so the calorie counts are more accurate ;)

Thank you for the link FFM, I'll have a little looky after my workout today!

Oh Marion, what a $hitty way to find out! So sorry for your loss, glad you're not giving up on the WL, but remember you are allowed to slip now & again.
I'm sure your mum will be looking down and keeping an eye on you, I'm sure she's proud of your weight loss.

Oh and the fish in our pond are shagging each other like theres no tomorrow. We already have had one fatality, the orf jumped out and we didnt see him so hes a gonner.

Anyway to stick a net over it? Stop them jumping out?

WI for me today, just a small 0.6 lb loss, but all in the right direction :D I think it would have been more but I haven't been to the gym all week cos I hurt my ankle again the other day. Fell down the one & only stair in my house.
It's better now, so I'm heading back to the gym tomorrow, hopefully the running club will be on tomorrow so I can give it a go.

Woot on the various people getting Wii and Wii Fit! I don't think I can do it though as I am fairly sure you need to be able to stand (for more than about 30 seconds :D)

Currently at the computer in a dressing gown and slippers as both DrDragon and myself have some sort of "bug" (and if I don't lose weight I will be most upset!)
Do not meddle in the affairs of Dragons, for thou art crunchy and good with catsup :D
