    Hi dellybelly,
Was wondering what the core Plan was; I've never heard of it.
    Thanks.

indy rocks! Not entirely convinced about the aliens, but it has wisecracking indy, and he and marion fight all the way through, and lots of comic stuff and great action, and yay! there's no teaser stuff after the credits so don't bother staying. dead happy! prince caspian looked pretty good too. Wondering if they'll do the last battle - the one where susan gets sent to hell for liking 'nylons and lipstick'. good old cs and his christian indoctrination eh?

make a big decision today - i'm coming off sw for a month. I think i'm bored of it and thats why I'm going crazy at weekends. I'm going to go for just general healthy eating, watching the amount i put in my mouth etc, everything in moderation etc and see how that goes for a bit. Granny, I'm like you, i do feel guilty that i don't 'exercise' but i really don't enjoy it - even doing the dance mat became a chore very quickly. I think i'm going to throw myself into gardening and also doing my doorstep deli rounds takes me on a long - if slow- walk two nights a week carrying a big basket.

    how was your film victory?

Sorry wendy, I didn't log on at all last night. I wasn't watching the football, was bringing my books up to date and semi-watching a repeat of Property Ladder. Just can't be done with friendlies.

Fast Forward is pretty draconian, and it's designed to really take you down to minumum levels - your units allocation comes from your age, height and weight... a little like WW points. You are supposed to do it for one week only. It's a strict one-week plan, or maybe two weeks if you have an understanding consultant and had only two weeks to try and lose 7 lbs to get into your wedding dress :)

No, I haven't done it myself - I could never do it, there just aren't enough vegetarian things on it to be able to do it.

Serenity the core plan is a Weight Watchers alternative to the points plan. It's a little like Slimming World in that there is a list of foods which are free and you can eat these to your heart's content. It differs from Slimming World in that you can only have three meals a day, and your 'free' foods have to be used in those meals. There's a poins-per-day allocation (normal WW food points values) to top up your core foods with, but it's only three points per day.

Oh my missy, your team actually managed to score a goal :D Not just a goal, but a win!!!!

Pity, I was going to show you this Sweep.gif too :D:D

I know why the Wings let them win though; so that we can take the next game and then win the cup IN Hockeytown. (OMG missy, can't believe I said 'we' after not watching a game all season :o )
and also doing my doorstep deli rounds ?

........??? tell me more, kpc, I think I've missed something here :)

One other thing Wendy: after doing Fast Forward for a week, expect a small gain for your first week on the regular plan. That's not a bad thing, it's the norm.

ajax thanx for that ,dont fancy the small gain at the end of it though, you are very knowledgable about all things diet wise , do you secretly run several classes .or just store loads of information ,do tell.

What do I need to let you all know so that I can start?? I think I need some people to share the good news/ bad news with- if I am on my own with it its easy to fool myself (aka lying to self!)

Well done everyone on their losses this week/month. Keep going to those who gained or maintained - it will hit everyone at some point, it is a fact of life.
So am I right in thinking that the June challenge starts now?
Sue -We will get those Wii's and we will appreciate them much more now we have had to wait!

    Morn' feline

If you're doing any particular plan at the moment then that's always useful to know as people on here are doing all sorts of different things. Other than that, nothing :)

If you want to join the monthly 5lb challenge (lose 5lb in a month) then just weigh in once a week and post up your loss or gain. The chart is compiled on Wednesdays (usually) and the new month starts today, so.... good timing you :)

    ....it sure does, Annie
