Now I just need to get my fat pup out for a walk.....:rotfl:
Goal for 09: Get fit and foxy. target weight 11st. 5/80.

Congratulations THE DRAGON on SOTW :j :j Really pleased for you :D And Kymrob for your incredible 15lb off in one month - jaw dropping!

Well done to everyone who achieved the challenge and everyone who's lost overall this month, however much or little! Not forgetting well done to the maintainers for maintaining so beautifully as always!

Efrieze, hope you have a great week away!

Delly, yay glad the core plan is working out for you (thank you for the explanation the other day btw - I may have thanked you already, if not I meant to!)

Just walked to the shop in the village and I had a few of my son's Revels on the way back ;) Hopefully evened out by the walk itself and 10 mins of Step on the wii when I got back :rotfl:

I have been ultra good today apart from that - 1086 cals & 30 mins exercise bike (pls don't yell at me for being under 1200 as I was well over Monday & Tuesday). I aim to stick to 1200/day for the rest of the week and 30-60 mins exercise per day.

BB, pub lunch is as good or better than a restaurant :D What you up to tomorrow, will you get chance for a swim this week?

Well game 3 of the hockey tonight... Let's hope they can make a game of it this time  I know nobody knows what I'm talking about except Ajax, lol.

Feeling far to mellow and pleased with myself to be doing any shouting missyg:D . Tomorrow is a work day which I'll finish at 2. Hopefully I'll then get a 20-30 mins swim doing widths behind the aqua mafiosi. Then I'd really like to beable to come home, then pop down the local shops with my new environmentally sound (thanks for pointing that out delly - I'm out and proud now:D ) trolley to pick up bits and pieces to see us through to next week. But work + swim might mean = shopping too is a nono. Just have to wait and see. I've already cooked the morocan stew for tomorrow evenings dinner knowing I may be flaked, and that's when cooking can go to the wall, as it did after the last swim last thurs. (hence feeling pleased with myself:D )
OH is working tomorrow too, so I've just done our packed lunches: me, lentils, 28g feta, mint and roast pepper and him cold roast squash, pepper, corgettes and 56g of wild rice plus fruit, 2 x quorn sausages and sw carrot cake as extras for OH to see him through the day.
Thanks alot for the chart efrieze ( and enjoying your astonishment at your own running feats). Big congrats to dragon for a well deserved sotw and of course to kymrob for an astonishing achievement this month. Suggs - your running is coming along impressively too:j .

Just watched hugh fearley whittingstall and am current indulging in fantasies of small holding.
Delly - it's fantastic to hear you so full on up for core plan:j :j .
I've had another good day on my sw plan. Trying for neutral breakfasts at the mo as it leaves me something over for last thing at night, which I always need. Keeping my syns level below 8 yesterday and today.
Night all -mega storm last night and the loudest thunder I have ever heard. Hopefully a momre restful night becomes, exciting as storms are.
I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once
  • Went for a walk this eve after work but only got to 6000 steps. Had shepherdess pie - made using green lentils onion and mushroom and leek with potatoe and butterbean mash on top. Small amount of cheese but most of this given to the kids. I think this is an ok meal when dieting - am I right?

At work it was collegues birthday and of course she had bought in cakes so I had a piece of walnut cake (no cream.) I had brought an apple and two satsumas with me. Later on boss brought out fun sized bars of choc to hand round. She knew I had cake and fruit. Told her this was unfair as I LOVE chocolate but wouldn't have any. I'm not into denial just want to be sensible. She is trying to be kind, she is fairly new but doesn't seem to get the message or says she does but brings in stuff anyway. I work part time why can't she bring it out when I'm gone? I have suggested this, will have to do so again. Sorry to go on - no one else to tell.

    Oh Kit.....

    I am the same...

Yesterday I had Spag Bol with Garlic Bread (only half i would normally have though) but also a Guu Chocolate Pudding!! and a glass of wine.

I have been better today I had cereal, a tuna and cucumber sandwich on Brown (normally have white) a cappuccino and a glass of wine.

Hopefully I will be better for the rest of the week, but we do have a meal out on Saturday (a chinese buffet) which is going to be an ordeal!!

Many congratulations Dragon and Kymrob - amazing losses for you both!

Annie021063 You and I are having the same problem, we'll just have to wait for a while for our wii fits. A bit of a pest, but certainly beats paying the awful prices that are being charged out there. I saw the price on Play.com a couple of nights ago and couldn't believe it. Tesco (when they're back in) are the cheapest I've found at £64 something.

    Fingers crossed.

    vixarooni,

The only way I can walk in heels is using the "party feet" insoles - they are great!

I look forward to reading all your posts and seeing all the losses.

Keep up the wonderful effort, everyone.
