Hiya everyone (and the newbies to the thread - as I am),
Right 1 lb loss since Saturday.
That's good since hubby and I split a cadbury nut last night!:D0 -
Welcome Kittykat100, Kit :j
(I’m thinking of opening a new account under the name of DoggyWoggiesRulz – just to offset all the 'Kits')
and cookinmummy, sophie131 and reventon :j
Way to go julesgr :T :T – great pictures, great weightloss.
Congrats on the 5 Miler Suggs and pleased to enjoy your meal Ajax
Ok, all caught up again. Keep coming across something called a ‘Wii fit’? Must try to find the thread even if it’s just to cure my curiousity. I have a Wii – it’s still in it’s box!
Also, what was all this about bad weather? Which Country are most of you in? It was a fabulous sunny but windy weekend all weekend in West Yorkshire

No we didn't. In fact the consultant wasn't there to weigh us just two of the women who help her out. I thought it was extremely nice to them to hang around outside for any ppl who wanted to get weighed.
Must go - boss is getting grouchy and the dog need to go for his walk ><0 -
Phew, caught up but have now forgotten what I wanted to say!
Sophie, some great advice, hope you can look after yourself even if your family can't change. Suggs, way to go with the 5-miler! :T Beanie, wish I'd seen your offer for the cheap Ryanair flights, thanks anyway though. Vic, if she didn't eat it all the second time isn't that progress? Or did I misunderstand?
The MiL is here  She arrived last night and I have to spend the afternoon with her...on my own...in a spa :eek: :rotfl:Hopefully see you later...Have a great day all xxThe 1,000 Day Challenge:Feb 16, 2016500/30,000

Hi everyone hope you're all doing well today
Congrats on the 1lb loss Erlqueen! Sure the scales were on a different surface but don't assume it was only that in your favour, I bet you deserved it anyway. And Cookinmummy, 1lb loss in half a week is great stuff!
Wotcha Suggs, thanks for the update. What a productive time you've been having!!! Busy busy. Huge congrats on the 5 miles, absolutely brilliant stuff!46 mins of mostly running... you are one fit guy. I've totally forgotten how to play scrabble so I'd need a refresher course.
Ajax, a third obstacle now? You obviously don't mind a challenge!(Though I can relate to that
)
GOOD LUCK today Bails.... eek. Will you need another spa day to recover?0 -
