Folks any idea what the next best fix from another supplier is?
Just tried another Scottish power phone number and the fix has definitely been pulled.0 -

Just said no. The deal has been pulled apparently! Never mind.
Just logged onto MSE 30 mins too late!!!
N power still have the January 2011 capped deal and good value compared to scottish powers0 -
That's misleading - as it depends where you are. My Scottish Power fix is £1271 ...... the NPower comes in at £1388 - working both on annual Kwh.
Bit academic however .... as the NPower one is now all that's available as a longer term fix?If you want to test the depth of the water .........don't use both feet !0 -

Thanks. you have convinced me. I guess in the long run, I will benefit..so I have switched to the fixed plan till 2011!0 -
Lots of confusion over at SP, guy I spoke to today said the fixed deal ended last week. I signed up for another tariff of theirs as it still worked out cheaper than BG dual fuel I'm paying now. SG guy said they may announce another fixed price tarriff end of june...0

I just had a call from BG asking me why I left, the bloke was giving it the full on bellowing down the phone about how they're reducing their prices and that they're unlikely to rise soon.
He reckoned because I'm paying more now I'm a crazy fool, he couldn't understand why I wanted to take myself out of the market at the moment0 -

If you are a ScottishPower customer already, have online access and are interested in the fixed 2011, have you checked to see if it is available online ... previous experience shows that SP sometimes stops selling a product to new customers but it remains available to existing customers for a little while longer.
IvanI don't care about your first world problems; I have enough of my own!0 -
I am an existing customer and manage my account online. I was able to sign up this morning through 'My account' on the website. Plus, by having it as a 'Fixed Price Energy Online' will get a further discount.0
