decided to just go for the line, I am on the phone now, she told me £125, I mentioned the note and she said yes but 18 months, I said fine but the she said I have to sign up to the £14.49 a month pack, I'm hold now as I said it says I can be on the weekend plan for £10.49. She's not having it though, so I asked her to check with someone else.0

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

When it's up and running, why not go a few stages further and save on your call costs too - see the HERE link in my signature below.Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. I have updated the first post in this thread to reflect the fact that BT have extended this offer to the 31 December 2008.

i tried searching for this but, i got the offer last month but one thing that i am unsure about is that... i took out sky tv, broadband. Can i get calls from sky to? as my logic is that line rental is still with BT but my calls will be with sky as they got some good deals on calls which i could do with at the moment.
is it ok for me to have sky talk with this offer?0
