Meeting new people with little or no money - Is it possible??

Facebook is great for meeting people, there is a singles program which I added and have met a few people from there.
Being male though, it's alot easier for me meeting people off the internet from a safety point of view and only ever do it in public places.
There was only one bad incident and the girl turned out to be an absolute psycho. The kinda girl you wouldn't turn your back on even for a second.
And yes, I am quite far up north in comparison to you!
i used to do dating sites also years ago, but I found the people I met were really strange sometimes. I don't think I will be doing that again. I was probably strange too.Mortgage Free 2016Work Part Time:DHouse Hunting In France 20230 -
North! That's nearly Scotland!!
I wouldn't ever meet anyone unless it was in a crowded place and/or a had a friend nearby and on standby to 'accidentally' bump into me should I need them.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
I am miles off scotland!! Anything north of coventry is scotland to you southerners *shakes angry fist*
I like facebook because it is much harder to fake a profile, all the pictures, friends and likes/dislikes just makes it more difficult to be someone you are not.
And if you are really good you can find their profile before they tell you their full name and can read up on you to get some conversation starters.
I would never do a thing like that though...... *coughs*"I'm not from around here, I have my own customs"
For confirmation: No, I'm not a 40 year old woman, I'm a 26 year old bloke!0 -

It's really easy.
You register for free and then set up your profile with or without piccies. The start looking for your friends.
Well I'm sure it's more complicated than that, but it's been a while since I registered!Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -
Oh yes.....
Like what?
.... That would be telling!!
Seriously though, a few dates, couple of new friends and a girl so stunning and all round nice it makes me smile whenever I think of her. But she has so far rebuked all of my subtle advances!
But I am deterred, oh no."I'm not from around here, I have my own customs"
