Well, we're home. I-T is fast asleep on the settee and was feeling a bit 'wobbly'. He has been told not to drive for 2 days, has a sore throat and is not in much pain at the moment. Consultant found some rather large piles which he has injected and wants to see I-T again 2 weeks.

I went to my appt with the Orthapaedic Consultant whilst I was there and he has booked me in for physiotherapy starting on Monday AM. He said I have restricted movement to the right hand side of my body of 15% and when I tried to lean backwards I also have 15% restricted movement. Lets hope that physiotherapy does the trick otherwise its surgery!

Hope you feel better by the weekend - have a book by Paul Micou for you.
You may find him intriguing - I did(enough to make me Google him and discover he's a VAIRY clever and interesting sounding fella).
It sounds as if you've had some constructive help offered today, mot - sorry, i've only just found your txt. Phone's been in car since I took it for exhaust repair.
I'm just saying Night-night to all.

Oh, how I wish I could sleep for a full 8 hours! Been awake since just after 3am and was determined not to get up but eventually succumbed at 6am.

Lovely sunny day here again! Today will be spent at home doing my Florence Nightingale and perhaps just sorting through wardrobes clearing out car boot this Sunday with Ampersand :D

You should have phoned, mot - early birds usw.
Wasn't sure you'd be in working nick for w/e.
Reading your link re:hip and back pain makes it all sound very ouch, very debilitating, just a hint of what assails you every time you're walking or trying to sleep.
Hope twins' induction at gym has fired them both to continue, esp. A.
Will Nursey be able to nip out to WW? - good luck if so.

p.s. your only mining from now on must be down backs and sides of the lovely sofas when Money Hunt is on. I'm aware yours haven't been in situ long enough to build up worthwhile deposits yet.

Right - just welcoming beanielou(pm)in another chair out back with sun flooding over trees, cup of tea, croissant and book(Ben McIntyre's 'A Foreign Field' - read his Agent Zig Zag', too - and France Inter on radio quietly in b/g). Best start to a day, which I wish to all.

    Hi A,

Yes, twins v keen on keeping up gym membership and have already been swimming this week after school - its so great that they can walk there.

Need to do car boot this weekend so, unless anything toward happens, we will be there! Haven't booked space just in case but can just turn up on the day apparently - will check again later to make sure.

Now, where's my cup of tea and croissant and I'll join you in this lovely quiet, sunny, first thing in the morning time :D

    Thanks A.

Two lots of painkillers in night as just wanted to sleep through til morning and I did... almost - 6am!

Having to have a meeting with CAP next week to redo my finances as how he has organised them leaves me with nothing left to pay car insurance, home phone (and MoT this month) and car tax is due next month

Got SW from HA coming today for a support meeting, so may be able to sit out in the garden - what a change!
