A bit more organised now. Have some chocolate fairy cakes cooling on the wire rack and have a rasberry-blackberry-cinnamon streusel tart from this month's GF mag in the oven cooking. Looks very tasty, but was a bit of a faff to make (did it all by hand as don't have a processor - and so the step where you just process turned out a lot longer!!!).

going to catch some tv while eating lunch (and perhaps get a few sneaky rows of knitting) then back to the revision :D

Forgot, Haribo when are you posting?? You know the Penguin and the Mouse don't give up the pursuit that easily:D You have until I get back, mmmmmm about 4 pm then;) And SnowyOwl, it's about time you made an appearance too!!!!!!

Yes Churchie. Or should that be Dormouse. :p Sorry I haven't been around but I have been busy being a good OSer and wasn't sure anyone would want to hear about that on here. ;)

I had a lovely trip to NI but didn't see as much of Pink as I wanted as she was working and my Dad had plans for us. But it was great to catch up in the flesh. :D

Since I got back I've been spending a lot of time in the garden. The veg patch is underway and all my seedlings are outside at last. The weather has been glorious so gardening hasn't been a chore but has been a bit tiring. :o
The girls went back to school today with lunchboxes brimming with the baking I did on Saturday and left over roast beef sarnies from last night. I've taken the opportunity of their absence to catch up with the washing and have gutted their rooms. I've just reorganised the recycling system in the back yard and hosed that down too. The house is sparkly and I am done in. ;)

Tea is spare rib chops and boston baked beans with salad.

Office work beckons tommorrow so at least there shouldn't be any more housework to distract me.

Nice to see you TNG. :hello:
Smoky, you're doing great. Thinking of you and the little uns.
Welcome all the new posters. Don't often see you in here pigpen. icon7.gif

Sorry if I've missed any news but I've been lurking spoardically and my thanks button has given up the ghost this afternoon.

    Take care all

Hiya to Haribo,TNG and everyone else. Nice to hear from you Smokey, you take care one day at a time ((()))

Well the kids are back at school and i have enjoyed peace and quite today, got loads done, food shopping, ebay parcels wrapped and posted, cleaned the house from top to bottom, 4 loads of washing done, even managed half hour on the excerise machine!!!

Im off to Slimming world meeting later, so i will have tea when i get back, i could just weigh and run but really enjoy staying for the meeting as there are so many inspiring people there.

Right off to have a coffee and sit outside in the sun for a change before its time for school runs, have a good evening everyone
