Afternoon all :hello:
Well, the house looks like chaos at the moment. It's organised chaos though............... the dining area and sitting room are full of boxes and furniture and I've been peering over them to watch some of Eastenders! Our whole kitchen is packed up - bar stuff for breakfast tomorrow morning, as we're eating out at a friend's house tonight.
I need to pack up all the shoes in a minute, but don't know what to put them in. Probably a plastic bag! OH is picking up a van with tail lift tomorrow at 8am and so the contents of the dining area and sitting room will be piled into that - and we pick up the keys to the new place at 1pm!!!! OH's mum and dad are going to come over and help with his dad coming back here with OH to do stuff like the washing machine, fridge freezer, mattress. We realise that although we cleared out alot of stuff, we've still got plenty more to sell and get rid of!
Bye everyone!

Had a lovely lie in til 9.30 this morning. Then it was up, gym, home, washing in, meals planned for the week & off to Morrisons. I bought Christmas presents! That's so unlike me. My Mum loves jigsaws & they have a load on BOGOF for only £2.99.
I did 2 1/2 hours ironing yesterday, but somehow missed OH's work trousers, so the iron will have to come out again tonight
Now I'm off to make a lasagne, a spag bol & a chicken muck up, which means I won't have to cook again til Wednesday. :j0 -
Best of luck Vicky
I always seem to move house in the rain - whatever the month. Most house moves have beenin December, but when we came here it was Aug 1st when we moved in and the heavens opened!! AND we have a longish drive so I was running around madly drying off the wooden furniture as it came inMy youngest was 10 weeks old when we moved and we used a removal company as we moved over 200 miles so had to be done in one hit. I can tell you, those chaps earned every penny!!
Anyway, didn't mow mum's grass, just had a natter and a cuppa. Will do it tomorrow. Went to Toyrus and DS's saw the bikes they would like santa to bring them - though must do an online search for cheaper before I commit to TRU - their offer ends next week so I'll have to get a move on.
Off to make the moussaka now - and DS2 is so tired he's wailing downstairs, but then Mr TM can deal with it.

Got into work at 5am this morning as I've so much to do. On a double shift today so working through till 6.15 this evening. I'm completely shattered already.
I've got such a hectic week ahead of me, what with meetings, photo calls and travelling to London.
Less than two weeks till big sis gets married - will be glad when it's over as that's all I hear about and all I've heard about for the last 2 years.Comping, Clicking & Saving for Change0 -
