I once considered surrogacy, but there's no way I'd even pass a medical these days LOL! I really admire those that can do it though!"An Ye Harm None, Do What Ye Will"

My work is short.. a month of treatment to produce loads of eggs then have them removed.. thats it.. then fingers crossed they mix em up produce a little one and plant it in the mother.. but if successful the difference is I will know the child and see them grow up which is why it's taken so long to go before the ethics board. finger crossed that it all works out for them.. will keep you all updated.0

Morning everyone
It's horrible and rainy here, which is a pain because it was a lovely day yesterday and did I do that last load of washing ? Oh well!
DS2 is off to speech therapy later, then a break for 3 weeks cos therapist is on hols. Have to put a rather large cheque in the bank - not as good as it sounds as it's money we were owed anyway. Need to get a few bits from the market too.
Will be doing a visit to the tip today cos I have loads to recycle. May also start sorting out some Xmas pressies this afternoon when DS2 is at pre-school, before I forget where I've put them. DS1 has already found where I hide some things, as I found when he was playing with one of the toys from the party drawer, intended for a birthday party  Just wish he wasn't so tallThe pressie sorting will mean I have to do the understair cupboad - some of the stuff was placed tidily in the hall yesterday until Mr TM decided it looked messy and put it all back in again, despite my protestations. Men !!
Right, must get on, boys to wash and dress, school lunch to do etc. Have a good day everyone

Morning all!
Back at work again today. Was terrible driving in at 5am - the fog was so thick. At one point I couldn't see the road infront of me. It was very scary. I've never been so happy to get to work.
Sleepy again today. I really didn't want to get up, and my eyes hurt to open:(
Hope everyone's okComping, Clicking & Saving for Change0 -
Morning everyone!!
Hubby got paid today - so I've just paid £1200 off my holiday (eek!!), therefore am facing a very OS month!! Any suggestions on how to cut to the absolute bone would be greatly appreicated!!!
Am about to do the school run and then cycle to work (at least it's Friday!!).
I am actually going out tonight (yipee!!) although fortunately it will be a free night out (my friend is having a jewellery party - so there will be lots of free wine, and I've already told her I won't be buying anything).
We have to go to a wedding later this month (why are attending weddings getting more and more expensive!?!)
Today my shopping from Sainsburys will be arriving (food at last!) and we're going to have jacket potato night tonight - but tomorrow I am attempting curry queen's chicken korma - I can't wait!!
I've a load in the dryer and another washing - it's raining in sunny Oxfordshire!!
Well I better shoot - war paint to put on, DD's hair to do and out the door - take care everyone - byee!Squares knitted for my throw ~ 90 (yes!!! I have finally finished it :rotfl: )Squares made for my patchwork quilt ~ 80 (only the "actual" quilting to do now :rotfl:)0
