I would like to join as well please.

I have been following the points plan since October 2007 and have lost 1.5st so far, I have another stone to lose. Although have gone off track big time in the past few weeks as well.

Like several people I have a monthly pass (paid for by my mum!!) and attend my local meeting every tuesday without fail. You get all the online facilities included in the costs. I also find the WW community forums extremely helpful and supportive, you can join them without having to buy the monthly pass.

Good luck to everyone on their weightloss journeys

Hunny :)

Chocolate Brownie Sundae

Estimated POINTS® value per serving | 4

Ingredients 1 ww brownie
1 sknny cow triple choc ice lolly
handful of blackberries

Instructions
Layer the ingredients in a glass, and serve, delicious!!!

Thats a main course and a dessert. I made a lamb stew (not the best cut of meat for losing weight i know!) and had that for my lunch, came home to eat the rest. I had to go and get veg for T and picked up a reduced turkey joint and a shwartz mix so will pop that in a slow cooker and come home to a ready made meal, i find that this helps me stop eating whatever i can lay my hands on when i come home and im too tired to cook!

Well i had the following today....

Breakfast - Bran flakes and banana
Lunch - Half a sandwich and half a tin of soup
Dinner - Other half of sandwich, muller rice and a fresh fruit selection

My treat - 1 tiny haribo cola bottle <=== please please note my willpower!!

I have to admit i have found it quite hard to break the habit of stuffing my face. A work colleague suggested we have a bacon and egg roll but i managed to abstain. Aint i good???????????

I'm off to bed now as its got a wee bit chilly so will read a crap novel for an hour or so! I hope this doesn't turn into Sugarhunny's weight loss challenge. Come on people, what have you all been up to? Anymore recipes?
