I'm feeling a bit frustrated because I still haven't managed to get a 'start weight' as I've no idea what box our bathroom scales are in, and been steering well clear of all shops except B&Q lately, who unsurprisingly don't have any scales.
I've been doing reasonably well - still had quite a lot of bad stuff but less than usual. I'm going to try and attack this slowly - in the past I've gone feet-first, full-on into diets and done brillinatly, for about a fortnight before falling off the wagon. I'm going to keep eating normally, just a little less than before, and see if I can make it work that way.0 -
Would it be an idea to set this up on a thread as a challenge, with a list of all of us on the first post, along with our target weight loss and an update of how we're doing? Either Merri-drake could edit her first post, or we could just start afresh if that's easier. Any thoughts?0

Hi all
Well this week unfortunately I stayed the same again, use to TOTM, at least not a gain, but starting to get ticked off with it not moving, so trying to point everything I eat now.
