I find red days easier for nibbling and grazing, but I tend to graze on bits of meat and fruit (not together!). Im on a red day today and have just eaten a whole pack of fridge raiders spare rib at 2.5 syns. I also have sliced beef in the fridge for snacking on. On green I always find grazing really difficult, can never think of anything thats handy.
Keren well done on the skirt, fab news! I got into another of my size 12 tops today, was just as shocked as yesterday lol. I also need to get rid of these jeans, I am sick of pulling them up and they are just making me look bigger than I am.0 -
Lol....do you find you unintentionally stick your tummy out to hold the jeans up too? I do that with mine, because they're my pre-pregnancy ones which are a size too big, and I'm sure I look bigger than I really am because of it."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250

Im finding they fall down just enough at the front that my ahem "extra" skin tucks over the top, then I have to muck about trying to get it back in and my jeans up where they belong....then walk a few steps and repeatIm off to meet a friend in a mo, Im going to put my smart black trousers on, everything stays where its meant to be, with the added bonus that they are a size smaller and very slimming lol. Its time to face facts, I am not a 16 anymore :j:T

Any advice??????

Wind and bloating often bothers people when they start to do Green days, but usually it goes away after the first week or so. Do try to drink extra water too when you're following the Freen plan - it will help to stop the bloats.
Snaggles - if you're craving chocolate, have you tried having a chocolate Options? They work for me and are only 2 syns each.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

I gave in to my chocolate craving, I'm ashamed to admit, and had a large kitkat, which I think is about 11 syns? It was soooooooo nice though!! :rotfl:"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Kit kat 11.5 syns. When I get a choc craving I have a sachet of choc highlights and a small bag of highlights choc nibbles, which comes to 6 syns in total and hits the spot.0

I'm not too worried about the kitkat because I haven't had any other syns today, and I'm so full of pasta, I don't think I will be able to eat much else today anyway!
Still have 2 x heb to have, so I might have some toast and marmite for supper when I get in from work, and take some Ryvitas with me to nibble.
How many normal Ryvitas can you have as a B choice? It's confusing in my book, because on the heb 'grab and go' section, two of the options on there are '2 Ryvita dark rye/orginal/sesame' and '4 Ryvita dark rye/original/sesame'. So is it 2 or 4?"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
It's either, the option with 4 has more fibre in it.Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0
