when I used to go to class, the consultant said that with some people, being on lots of green days took a bit for the digestive system to kick in. On the first weigh in, some people maintain, maybe lose a pound - she put on 2!! Anyway, she says the system then really quickly kicks in and on week 2, there are really good losses."Stay Wonky":D

I've not been that good today, surprisingly it wasnt chocolate though! it was 2 croissants - low fat ones though. The hubby bought them for me at the weekend and I dont like to waste food. Does anyone know how many syns are in them, I think they were Asda Good for you. I dread to think, and Im going to the pub later as well :eek:0

Keren, that's really interesing about not losing much in the early stages if you're doing a lot of green days. That gives me a bit of hope!
I haven't even dared do a sneaky mid-week weigh-in this week, because I know I will be so demoralised if I haven't lost anything. Not looking forward to tomorrow morning."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Thanks thats made me feel better, as I do love green days and also regarding my verrrrry bad wind - I feel a little more normal now..

It also concerned me snaggles, I would die to not lose weight the first week. But then again aside from red/green days I would usually have had at least 1 maybe 2 takeaways, at least another loaf of bread, about 6 bags of chrisp and various bisciuts.I have not done that this week so surely that should make a difference.0

Hi. I just wanted to pop in and say hello. I have been following green days since the end of January. I only do green being a veggi. I have to date lost 1 stone and 5 pounds. I'm so pleased to be getting my body back. I had a second baby last October and I am now already smaller then before I got pregnant with this baby. It does work and I can eat!!
Good luck to you all.Member 105 of 1% at a time - 23/100 :j0 -
