EDIT Just checked and normal laughing cow arent a HEA, you can have 4 of the omega laughing cow, 5 of the light and 6 of the extra light.0 -
Well have been quite good today as MR.B took me out to lunch at a carvery. So..
two slices of toast for breakfast.(HEB)

turkey..(heb)
new potatoes and veg, free
gravy 1 syn
yorkshire pud 3 syns
didn't have a sweet as stuffed
Haven't decided on tea yet, am thinking of a veg stir fry..but not much for me.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Another good day for me today :A
B'fast
2 Weetabix (b) with skimmed milk (a) and blueberries
Snack
grapes
Lunch
2 x fat free yogurts, banana, light alpen bar (1/2 a b), peach
Dinner (came in needing comfort food!)
2 quorn sausages, jacket potato, baked beans, egg, low fat cheddar (a), 1 tbsp ketchup (1 syn)
I have 1/2 a (b) choice left so I may have a piece of toast later.
And some jaffa cakes

Just had a bowl of cous cous. OH is watching football at the club so I've done him chicken ratatouille with pasta and that can be reheated later.
I was happy just to chuck some cous cous in a dish with tomatoes and spice to be honest and stick some water on it for me!
I could have had the pasta and the ratatouille as i've already had my b choices today but cous cous just hit the spot!
