My slimming consultant says that it doesn't matter whether you do red or green as over the month they level out and you should lose about the same on each.

I've never tried it so don't know if that is true. I prefer green days, I seem to fill myself up easier.

Well done Keren, my baby was 7lb5 when born so you have lost my baby in weight, wow!

I have been to class and have lost 5lb!

I was so proud but have seen my SIL and OH and made a point of telling them I had been to class and neither of them asked what I had lost, I was dying for them to ask. They are probably scared because they have seen me eating myself soft all week.

Its really spurred me on 3lb next week would do me I have so much to lose.

I need a smack on the hand for not eating properly today, its not been a good day and the last thing I wanted was food. I had 2 x weetabix and 250ml semi skimmed milk for breakfast, I have had an apple, also had a packet of crisps (6.5 syns) and a Daim bar (8 syns). I know its within syns but I dont normally go that high, so feeling not good! I am about to go and cook my dinner which is 2 chicken breasts in tomato and basil sauce (free) with brocolli and carrots, and will have fresh fruit salad with fat free natural yog for supper later. Will try and squeeze in another HEA, may have some laughing cows with my chicken  I do have some water biscuits (1 syn each) but no syn allowance :o

You know, thats the hardest thing I found this time round! Last time I did this I had people texting and ringing on weigh in night to find out how I did, I had people stopping me at the school gates to find out the next day....this time round no-one is interested. It took me a good 3 months to stop getting upset over it. This thread is great, you can shout from the rooftops here :T

Spreadsheet updated - DFW overall weightloss 58.25lbs! :D

Northernlass and Jinky - can I just check - were those your week 1 weigh-ins? I didn't have anything down for week 1 for either of you so I presumed so, but not sure if I've missed something.

The spreadsheet will start to look a bit confusing because some of us are on different weeks, but if anyones isn't right, let me know and it can easily be corrected.
    "I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough."
