well ive had a really bad day today due to serious family problems and have ate all the wrong foods and drank all the wrong alcohol. i havnt counted anything and have comforted food ate all day and i feel like s**t. i had such an excellent week last week and though i know i havnt blown it yet if i dont get my head sorted then i will.
i am quite tipsy at the moment in the hope it will help me sleep tonight and hopefully i will be a bit better tomorrow please be preapared for a barrage of messages asking for guideance and support as im really low at the moment.

Northernlass its important to draw a line under it, dont let it get to you tomorrow, and dont deprive yourself of syns for the rest of the week in the hope that it will help, it wont! Class today as a flex syn day and get back on it tomorrow with good food, your HEs and around 10 syns and you will be fine. Its tempting to say you will have 0 syns for the rest of the week, but this just leaves you feeling deprived, which is the downfall of them other diets lol.0 -

2 slices from a 400g loaf is fine, just make sure its one of the ones listed.0 -
