A loss is a loss. As snaggs pointed out, it would be a stone in a year.Well done and keep up the good work.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

morning all
northernlass - hope you are feeling ok today. Whatever support we can give you, fire away and we'll be there.
I'm going to go for a red day today. I had the shopping delivered yesterday and there is loads of meat which won't fit into the freezer so I think I might be having a couple of red days to eat it before it reaches it use by date. It's a bit of a pain because i'll probably end up having to replace it during the month quicker than if there had been room to put it in the freezer and have more rice/pasta/potatoes - ie cheaper!
anyway, I'll see how I get on, I'm thinking of doing a mixed grill tonight.
So far today
2 oz cereal (hob x2)
skimmed milk (hoa)
banana x3
quorn sausages
tomatoes
bacon
eggs
mullerlight
3 mini babybel light (hoa)
melon
muller layers - 1.5 syns
dinner will be mixed grill
chicken breast
pork chop
low fat asda sausages (.5 syn each)
eggs
baked beans 200g- 8 syns"Stay Wonky":D

Morning all.
Well it's the weigh in tonight. Need to find out how much I've managed to get back off after my little gain.
But I know one things at least... I got on the scales this morning and something has come OFF!!! (possibly very good to)
Just hope it stays like that until 6.30 tonight!
So food for the day:
2 Weetabix +350ml skimmed milk topped with a banana (HE A +
some pineapple
spicy couscous (thanks Mr Harriot!) followed by yogurt, apple and aplen lite bar. (1/2 HA
Maybe the satsuma that has been sat on my desk for a few days (but also maybe not!)
Jacket pot with beans, cheese and quorn sausages (HE A)
Then as much free food as I feel like snacking on.
Does that sound ok?Current debt - £16,300Debt at worst 17/03/2011 - £18,067.62:eek::eek::ANot going anywhere else, ever again :A0 -

singlemum you should be pleased with a 1lb loss, as 1-2lb loss each week is perfect. If you lose weight too fast, you can lose lean muscle tissue which alters your metabolism, making it harder to lose at all.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
