I am a bit lost with my food today, I really think I need to get the SW books.

Its the healthy extras I get stuck on. Today I have had

Breakfast - Grapes, Banana and pineapple with mullerlight.

    Snack - Banana

Lunch - HM ratatouille made with courgettes, onion and tin chopped toms in garlic. With New potatoes.

Snack - Half Bounty bar, 1 bournon biscuit

Dinner - Birds Eye Fish (Pollock) in parsley sauce, new pots and ratatouille.

    SS milk in tea.

Right, I think I have used one HEb for the fish but is that it?? I dont know the bounty bar and bourbon biscuit sin value either or the parsley sauce. HELP x

Looks like you are on a green day. You would need to weigh the fish to find out if it is a HE, syn wise you are looking at 7.5 syns on green for cod in parsley sauce (170g). If you want fish you are better buying plain fish and making up your own sauce. Cant find Bounty on syns online. Bourbon biscuits are 3.5 syns each.

Edit just checked my book which should be about right and a twin Bounty is 13.5 syns.

The cod in sauce was 150g so the fish would be about 120g I would have thought.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

142g of cod is a HE, so I think its close enough to call it a HE :)

Ooops forgot to add that the parsley sauce would have been about 1.5-2 syns for 3 level tablespoons.

it was meeeee, and it isnt a SW recipe it is my own:T

thanks for all the support guys i really do appreciate it, i havent done too well today either but im not stressing about it at the moment i have more important things to cope with.
to cut a long story short my marriage has ended for good (it has been on the cards for about 6 months now) due to his infidelity and some not so nice facts have come out, this all happened on Monday and i have had a hard time since. i am a really strong person and always put on a brave front and am always there for people i can help but i never ask for help myself and it all builds up. well i finally cracked yesterday and havnt been any better today, i burst into tears in Asda while doing my nanas shopping because i couldnt get passed 2 old biddies fighting for a reduced item and i completely lost it. Asda were great, customer services took me out back and gave me abox of tissues, she didnt ask any questions just let me pull myself together asked if she could call anyone, there wasnt, i then carried on with my shopping. the kids are suffering i fly off the handle at the slightest argument between them and they are hurting too but obviously they look at it different to me, they dont know the actual facts just what we have told them.
i will get over this and will pull myself together but at the moment if i want that chocolate cookie (i have had 4 today and a bag of chips from the chipshop) i will have it. one thing at a time eh. like i said last night
:kisses: i love you guys and i know you will be there for me :kisses: thank you
