things are going good - famous last words though cleosmum!!!

Feel quite full from my mega omelette, but I know what I'm like - I'll be prowling around the fridge soon! I'm going to do a meatloaf for dinner tonight and use my b choices on baked beans to go with it. (I think)

    How about you?

I am still feeling focussed, just hoping that my losses are here to stay and that my body doesnt go back to the awful half off and stay the sames that it has been doing for the last 8 months. I cant believe I have managed 3.5lb in the last 2 weeks, its amazing lol. I shall never take losing weight for granted again lol.

I am just admiringly observing you good lot today...I have totally fell off the wagon and will be staggering all weekend and plan to get back on it on Sunday.

I have had 2 leaving parties this week and today I have had cake!! I am going for an Indian meal with OH tomorrow and have a feeling that I may not loose any weight this week....again.

If I dont put any back on though I will be a happy bunny and I have been non stop all week so I do think I am burning the extra off....well thats my story and Im sticking to it.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Yuuuuum, I just made a lovely curry, and I think it was only 2 syns for the whole pan full! It had onions, quorn pieces, peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes, and curry paste in it, and then to make it a bit creamier, I added a bit of quark. Just had a massive portion of it with rice! :)

Do I HAVE to have a hea today? I've had yoghurt, quark and and an egg, so I feel dairied out, really couldn't stomach cheese, and I'm not keen on milk. Please don't make me...:o

Yes, it's 2 syns for a level tbsp. I would have made it with curry powder, but the boys don't like it.
