Do I HAVE to have a hea today? I've had yoghurt, quark and and an egg, so I feel dairied out, really couldn't stomach cheese, and I'm not keen on milk. Please don't make me...:o

If you feel you have had enough calcium etc from your food then you dont need/have to have your HEs.

    Hi all,

I've just sat and read this thread from start to finish, whew!!

Well done to everyone, you've got some great weight losses so far :)

I'm actually a Slimming World Consultant so feel free to ask me any questions. I will say that you're better off actually joining a class because you get support not only from your consultant but also from the rest of your group. I've found with my own groups that the weight losses are much better for the members who actually stay to class each week! However, I know that many of you aren't currently able to get to classes for financial and geographical reasons so this thread seems like a great idea :)

I still attend class each week and am working towards my own goals. I don't know why but I don't have the discipline to weigh myself each week and stick properly to the plan unless I attend class!!! It's easier to 'cheat' if I know it's only me who is going to be seeing the scales! My Consultant knows me well and is able to keep me feeling very motivated. I think it is because when I go to class I am a member just like everyone else there....

So far I have lost 1 1/2 stone in total and still have about another stone to go before I'm where (I think) I want my target to be.

    Anyway, good luck everyone :)
