    good morning everyone.
thankyou for all your messages of support on here and private PMs they have honestly helped me a lot. i have woke up this morning in a more positive light. what has happened has happened and i have to make the best of it, i cant let it ruin my life because if i do that it will also riun my childrens life and i want to keep things as sane as possible for them. so i have thrown out all the aclohol that was in the house as i was drinking everynight and now i am on my own if anything happened to the kids i couldnt get them help if i was tipsy. i have loads of plan friendly food so my life starts again today, i am seeing a lone parent advisor form DWP this afternoon so at least i will find out where i stand.
thank you once again, im off now to gett he kids ready for school. speak to you all later.

Spreadsheet updated again - now in glorious technicolour....lol!

I've put my little blip last night behind me and am back on the wagon with a vengeance. I realised I didn't enjoy the chocolate (and crisps, and vodka :o) half as much as I would enjoy wearing pretty summer clothes, instead of dark colours that disguise my lumps and bumps. Just had some savoury rice for lunch, and might have a mullerlight with crumbled shredded wheat in it in a minute (it's really nice!). I'm saving my other heb for a packet of ryvita minis later though.

Need to think of some sort of free quorn and pasta/rice type thing to make for tea.....maybe a curry....?

Thanks Snaggles, its looking good! I like the achieved for my club 10 :D

So far today I have had:
Breakfast: 2 x weetabix (HEB) with milk (HEA)
    Snack: Banana
Lunch: Bowl of beans with cheese (1oz cheddar HEA)

Dinner is planned to be quorn chilli and rice - going for 1 green today then will keep to reds for the rest of the week.

I made the club 10 bit bright red because I thought as you'd done so well to get there, it should be REALLY obvious!!

I still need to brave putting my starting weight and club 10 targets on....maybe next week. :o
