just wanted to say that I could well have had a secret treat binge night tonight but I didn't!!

I knew OH was going to be out and before I started this challenge, I thought, ooooooh, I can order myself a load of chinese or a huge pizza and drink lots of wine as he'll be out until the early hours!!

But, I was very good - even when the gods above tried to scupper my plans by pushing a pizza menu through my letter box this afternoon!!

I put it straight in the bin

I'm feeling like a fraud at the minute-I cant seem to get my head around eating properly and I started this thread.
I know I need to do something-who would be intrested in a fat, nearly 40 single Mom? But I cant seem to get motivated.
Sorry.

Once I move I can get my act togther.
