yes, I add a bit of stock and then a bit of water at the end if it is too 'stiff' when I'm blitzing it. I like it with chopped coriander also put in just before I blitz it.

Jacket pot with HM ratatouille for lunch
Butternut squash and leek risotto for Dinner
Mullerlights and fruit for snacks
And I am going to do a good 3-4 hours in the garden

Green day today, I'm doing braising steak in the SC but I've weighed one of the 'slabs' and will be having it as b choices. I'm going to make a chilli and have as much as Iwant with my 'slab' on top!
