yes, I add a bit of stock and then a bit of water at the end if it is too 'stiff' when I'm blitzing it. I like it with chopped coriander also put in just before I blitz it.

yum...........might make a batch tomorrow now!

    Right, thats it!

I am back on the SW wagon as of NOW!

I am having bran flakes for breakfast

Jacket pot with HM ratatouille for lunch

Butternut squash and leek risotto for Dinner

    Mullerlights and fruit for snacks

And I am going to do a good 3-4 hours in the garden

That should kick me back in touch!
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

Hmmmm, north east......I can easily be there by dinner time.....in fact I can be there by lunch time for the ratatouille too... :)

We were going to have a bbq today, so I was planning on a red day, but it is persisting it down here, so I think I will stick to green. I had a 'couple' of drinks last night (toooo many syns :o), so I need to be good today, but I'm sooo hungry!

    well done penguin!!!!

Snaggles - how about something like an omelette to fill the gap? With some cheese grated into it as a hoa? And a few tomatoes??

I've just had a muller light and I'm off to see my dog in a minute :)

Green day today, I'm doing braising steak in the SC but I've weighed one of the 'slabs' and will be having it as b choices. I'm going to make a chilli and have as much as Iwant with my 'slab' on top!

    Anyway, food list

    mullerlight x 2
    banana

    pasta n sauce
    skimmed milk - hoa
    3 mini babybel - hoa

    jersey royals
    beans
3 tsp low fat spread - 3 syns (it was yuck as well)

    mini milk - 2 syns

    packet of Ainsley cous cous

    bag crisps - 6 syns
    4 single vodkas - 16
