Spreadsheet updated - DFW overall weightloss 58.25lbs!
Northernlass and Jinky - can I just check - were those your week 1 weigh-ins? I didn't have anything down for week 1 for either of you so I presumed so, but not sure if I've missed something.
The spreadsheet will start to look a bit confusing because some of us are on different weeks, but if anyones isn't right, let me know and it can easily be corrected.DFW red and green memberDoing my best to lose weight and save money0 -

Dont forget that you need the full allowance to make it a healthy extra, thats why you need to weigh them. 2 nimble or 57g of bread. And dont do yourself out of laughing cows, you can have 6 of the extra light triangles. If you are only having half then its not really a HE and should be synned.0 -
oh no i must admit i didnt think it mattered if you only had 3 and classed it as half a healthy extra, do i have to eat another 3 now to make sure i have the full quota?Debts @ 10/03/08 15333.75

but my consultant told me that if you dont have the full allowance then they must be synned  so i have had to force myself to eat more delicious food
