You know, thats the hardest thing I found this time round! Last time I did this I had people texting and ringing on weigh in night to find out how I did, I had people stopping me at the school gates to find out the next day....this time round no-one is interested. It took me a good 3 months to stop getting upset over it. This thread is great, you can shout from the rooftops here :T
Yes I suppose they have all been there before a million times with me.I didnt speak to OH because he didnt ask, he said he was going to and had remembered I was going today - I think he was doing damage limitation.
I know I dont look different today but I feel different, I even put my lippy on for school run and a mum at swimming lessons said I looked really well, I think sometimes just knowing you are doing something makes you feel good.

yes it was my first week,
but if you want to put week 1 down as 0lbs loss to keep everyone on the same week thats fine
No no, it's fine, honestly - I just wanted to make sure I hadn't missed any posts. It doesn't matter if we're not all on the same week, because we all weigh in on different days anyway. Just promise you will shout if I mess it up! :)

    OH Dear

I had a party thrown for me at one of the centres I teach in and the spread had the following food

    Sausage rolls
    Cheese savoury sandwiches
    Egg Mayo Sandwiches
    Cheese and onion quiche
    Strawberry Cheesecake
    Crisps
    Salted Nuts

I had to have something to eat as each student had brought something and there were no healthy options as you can see. So today I have had

Breakfast - 1 banana with mullerlight, scrambled egg and tinned tomatoes
Lunch - prawn and ham salad
Lunch #2 - 1 piece of quiche, handfull of crisps, piece of cheesecake:mad:

Dinner - Chicken fajhitas made with chicken, onion and peppers

On the plus side at work tonight I must have walked up and down 3 flights of stairs at least 12 times as it was student interviews and I had to keep returning lost ones to the correct rooms.

    Never mind.....day off work tomorrow:j

i know exactly what you mean, i text my sister every week without fail and never get a reply yet she texts me (shes on WW urgh) and expects a reply which i do in the hope to make her feel guilty. mind you she couldnt ignore my text this week i sent it 5 times in capital letters :rotfl: telling her i had lost 6.5lbs :T and though it is my first week on here it is actually my 8th week at group so it was an amazing weightloss to her as she has never done it:confused: . its like we are competing with each other but we would never admit that :rotfl:
