How many normal Ryvitas can you have as a B choice? It's confusing in my book, because on the heb 'grab and go' section, two of the options on there are '2 Ryvita dark rye/orginal/sesame' and '4 Ryvita dark rye/original/sesame'. So is it 2 or 4?

If you have 2 it's counted as a speed food, whereas having 4 isn't, but it has the advantage of extra fibre to keep you 'going' :D
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

I think I am OK for today,

Breakfast - Branflakes with skimmed milk

    Snack - piece of flapjack:o

Lunch - mushroom omlette, beans and tinned toms

Snack - 2 raw carrots dipped in low fat hummous

Dinner - wholemeal pasta with 2 tbspoons of Asda good for you pepper stir through sauce.

    Supper - mullerlight and banana
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

I had a further shock when I put my smart black trousers on, I wore them 4 days ago and they were just right, now they are baggy and I can fit a fist between me and the waist band easily. I darent stand on the scales...
