Today is a red day for me
Breakfast - poached egg, grilled lean bacon, 2 nimble WM bread (HEB) teaspoon of utterly butterly 1.5 syns
Lunch - ham and virtually fat free cottage cheese salad
mullerlight and strawberries
Dinner - Chicken curry, homemade 1.5syns curry paste and .5 syns tomato puree.WM rice 5 syns
mullerlight
Have ruined it by having a mini battenburg 7.5 syns
Have also had my s skimed milk as HEA and 1 minibabybel.0 -
that's ok supersaver - it's only 1 syn over - you can pull that back tomorrow or just not worry

I left some of my curry and rice so perhaps it wont be so bad.
Is there a limit to how many mullerlights you can have, or fruit, I have developed quite a taste for toffee flavour over bananas?0 -

nope, no limit to the mullerlights and no limit to fruit.
I love the toffee ones over bananas!! I also like the toffee one over honeydew melon for some strange reason because I always think the flavour shouldn't go!"Stay Wonky":D

breakfast - nothing (im really bad at havin brekkie am usually far too busy rushing around )
lunch - 2 x wholemeal bread
2 x laughing cow cheese triangles (have realised i got the wrong ones
so these are the normal ones not light)
apple
mullerlight
dinner - mushroom omelette made with 1tsp oil (forgot to buy frylight lol)
mullerlight banana
Please try and eat some breakfast, even if it's just a banana.
When you eat, your metabolism rises and stays risen for up to an hour, during which time, your body uses more energy (even if you're sitting down). This helps you lose weight - so eating often actually helps with your slimming campaign.
If you don't eat breakfast, it's going to be lunch-time before your metabolism gets it's first boost, so it's really counter-productive.
Also, it's very important that you have your HEs, to keep you glowing with healthI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
saw this idea yesterday - liquidise/blend fat free cottage cheese so it becomes a dip and add stuff like chopped chives/garlic/chillies etc.
I'd never thought of that - I always use fromage frais.
This is gorgeous with garlic salt (and I don't actually like garlic much, lol).
It's also lovely with finely chopped onion used it as a sauce over a jacket potato (heat very gently to avoid curdling).I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Ahh too late, I had prawns and salad! I had half a tub of king prawns, baby spinach, chopped spring onions, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes and a mayo dressing (light mayo 5 syns, cayenne, paprika). For my supper later I shall have chopped fruit and natural yogurt.0 -

I can not believe how much I am eating, this can not be right, I am supposed to be on a diet.
Keep thinking I will have put 7lbs on when I go for my first weigh in on wednesday, and my consultant rang me on Saturday, that was a nice surprise.You never know with all this support im getting I might actually get there this time, I have a big family christening on Fathers day so Im hoping to reveal a new me to all those who dont often see me.0 -

my nana is just the same "should you be eating that if you want to lose weight" or "you'll never get your weight off if you are going to eat that much off your plate" bless her she is 94 and in her day a diet was a lettuce leaf and a tomato for every meal lol :rotfl:
she would freak if she saw what i have had today
weetabix covered in fruit and yoghurt (again)HEB
homemade free chick curry with SW chips (HEB)
large piece of salmon with large salad and asparagus, folloed by a yoghurt covered fruit bowl
im off to have a glass of milkshake (not sure of syns yet )but havnt had any A choice or syns yet so will be in my allowance anyway
