saw this idea yesterday - liquidise/blend fat free cottage cheese so it becomes a dip and add stuff like chopped chives/garlic/chillies etc.

I'd never thought of that - I always use fromage frais.

Mmmmm, quorn spag bol - I think I might make that tomorrow.

I'm a bit like that with biscuits Cleosmum - I am regretting having them because it's even harder to not have a fourth one than it is to not have the first one!

The cottage cheese dip sounds quite nice. I mix Total 0% with lime juice and chilli powder and a bit of salt and pepper, and eat it with carrot sticks, but I think I will give the cottage cheese one a try. I've got some chives in a little pot so will try it with those and maybe a little bit of spring onion AND SOME PRINGLES AND SOME TWIGLETS nooo, go away bad Snaggles, I'm not listening to you.

My fave quorn recipe is quorn chilli which I have adapted. A bag of quorn, a tin of chopped tomatoes, a half a big can of refried beans. Brown the quorn, bung in the rest and heat for about 10-15 mins, serve on a bed of rice or on potatoes in their skins (roasted in frylight). Now I am hungry!

I like quorn chilli to, it's so easy to make and as it's free I stick loads in it. My other favourite is quorn curry, but the balti nearly melts your nose when you are making the paste for it.

I need a food processor and not just a hand blender!!

The pieces are ok, but they NEED to be in something!! I'm never sure on the ham, but the burgers and quarter pounders and nice.

That or I've not have the real thing in so long I can't remember what they taste like... Sad isn't it.

Keren. It's ok, not real bacon by any stretch of the imagination.

Let us know what you think. It is syn'd though, I think about 6 for the whole pack.
