Have kept on the straight and narrow since this morning. :A

Omelette for dinner, shared with DD1 - 6 eggs, green beans, spring onions, pepper, mushroom, courgette, 5 laughing cow triangles (a)

Had this with ham from piece of gammon I cooked on Friday and a good dollop of cottage cheese. Omelette hater DD1 said it was lush.

So total for the day is 14 syns. (DD1 talked me out of the after dinner jaffa cake)

Going to walk the dog, tidy my room, have a bath then an early night!

    Night all

General advice about water is confused and not really based on a great deal of science.

Its very confused, but I think its always wise to listen to what your body is telling you, rather than forcing yourself to drink 2 litres of water "because you have to". If Im honest I drink 1 small glass of water a day, the rest is sugar free fruit and barley and coffee, a cuppa if I visit my mum. I eat lots of watery things though, like cucumber, melon, apples etc. I am trying to cut back on coffee though as it can hinder weightloss.

So, are you joining us ZTD :D

Oh help....I'm trying to have a red day to speed up my weight loss, but it's not easy if you don't like meat!

This is what I'm thinking of having:

shredded wheat (heb) with mullerlight instead of milk

    tuna salad

jacket potato (heb) with cheese (2 x hea so I can have plenty of cheese...lol)

    snacks - banana, apple, orange

Is that okay? Will I die of boredom?? :o

I'v been sticking to about 9 syns a day and I wouldn't be having any there, so I could include a couple of jaffa cakes to make it a bit more exciting, but if I get the jaffa cakes out, I'm not sure I could stop at two!

Arrgghh, just looked in the fridge and we've run out of salad....so maybe tuna with tomatoes, basil and capers? Just found a tin of pineapple too - woohoo!

    Wow Lucy, that's great!! :T

What do you want me to do with the spreadsheet hun? I had you down for 3.5lbs for week 1 to reflect what you had lost prior to 'the blip' - do you want me to change that to 0lbs and then I can add whatever you lose on Thursday as week 2?
