Oh heck! I had at least 40 syns on garlic bread alone yesterday.

Warning everyone... step away from the garlic bread!

And about 10 syns on chips.

And at least 6 for the gin.

OMG!!! 6.5 syns for a jam tart?!!

And whatever syns were in the bl00dy lasagne!

Oh, and stuffing which had sausagemeat in it.

    I'm doomed...

good afternoon roomies- not been around much, what with working 12hr days and sorting out mortgage for new house.

have had up and down days this past week. thought that would have put on this week but weighed my self this morning and have lost 1lb!! :j

so thats 19lb in 9 weeks. am really chuffed because i was feeling down about it all week and now have a new sense of achievement. I know the weightloss slows down eventually but because i have been losing alot each week, it is disappointing to lose so little - but better than putting on huh?

today OH and I have had

    breakfast
nothing - had long lay in with papers and a cuppa til 12! :o

    dinner
    home made brusetta
    -chabata bread (small piace) HEB
    -tomatoes free
    -red onionfree
    -olive oilfree

    spag bol
    -onion free
    -peppersfree
    -mincefree
    -tin tomsfree
    -spagetti HEB
    -curly wurly 6 syns

    tea
    hmmmmm not sure yet
feel so full from dinner - prob boiled eggs and toast free and some sins for toast - not sure how many

will have a glass of milk before bed to make sure I get in an A choice.

    have a good day everyone

Thanks Keren, I have. A big, bold underline, lol!

Am going to try and bulk up on free foods for a few days. Will allow myself 1 jaffa cake after my dinner and I haven't got any orange juice in so won't buy any for a few days. That's what my syns usually go on anyway.

I have a week to pull it back so I'm not too worried. Just a bit cross with myself for being so weak willed AND sober!

Going to wash my car now and cook something 'free on red' for dinner

    sp x
  • Hi Jennyred,
well done on your weightloss so far it is great. i just have a question regarding what you are eating, are you doing the actual SW plan or your own version. i was just wondering because your food diary for the day may be confusing to new members who are just starting to get their head around it.

Last night I went for a 30 minute fast walk which felt great. Today I have done a tiny bit of walking so I am about to do some Wii tennis, bowling and mario kart with OH and the kids. So thats my exercise today. I am aiming to do a 30 minute fast walk every other day and then the Wii at other times. And this week I will get my bike fixed!

    Foodwise today:

    Breakfast
2 weetabix (HEB) with semi skimmed milk (HEA)

    Lunch
1 large chicken breast, spinach, a hard boiled egg, 6 strawberries, 6 grapes, a banana.

    Dinner (about to eat)
Pile of bacon, 2 sausages (0.5 syn each), plum toms, mushrooms, a "fried" egg.

Will be spending some syns on [STRIKE]giant choc buttons tonight, 2 giant buttons are 1.5 syns, so will go easy on those![/STRIKE] Too much like hardwork, so I have got a curly wurly instead lol! Will also have a choc orange highlights drink which is 2 syns.

Olive oil is syns, or you could have extra virgin olive oil as syns or as a healthy extra B.

I am a vegetarian so I eat a bit of quorn. I am going to get rid of white bread and cut down on pasta and rice.

You may well find that the only thing you need do is cut out the bread. It is full of additives, and many people find that it bloats them up. Also try to have wholewheat pasta and brown (or wild) rice - it's very tasty and less like to make you feel bloated.

Finally, if you're doing only green days (which as a vegetarian you would) do make sure you drink lots and lots of water (at least 2½ litres a day).
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
